- Guests must respect staff, other patrons, and the café environment.
- Outside food or drinks are not permitted unless authorized.
- Personal belongings should be kept attended at all times; Dadou’s Corner is not responsible for loss or theft.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
3. Payments & Refunds
- All café purchases are payable at the time of order.
- Refunds are provided only where required by law or in the event of service error.
4. Privacy & Data
- By using our website or Wi-Fi, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and cookies.
- We will not sell or share your information without consent except as required by law.
II. Coworking Membership Terms
1. Membership Overview
Memberships are governed by the Dadou’s Corner Coworking Membership Agreement. Purchasing or activating a membership signifies acceptance of the following summarized terms.
2. Services
- Access to coworking space, Wi-Fi, printing, and amenities per membership level (Basic, Premium, Elite).
- Licence is non-exclusive and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship.
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access.
- Pricing may change with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Use of Space
- Space must be used for lawful business purposes only.
- Members are responsible for guests and their conduct.
- Access credentials must not be shared; lost credentials should be reported immediately.
- Dadou’s Corner is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property unless due to gross negligence.
5. House Rules
- Maintain respectful noise levels and cleanliness.
- Book meeting rooms and phone booths properly.
- No non-business activities or parties during business hours (7am–6pm).
- Do not alter or damage property or furnishings.
- Updated House Rules will be posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Membership Access & Community Guidelines
- Online Access: Members receive online access to their personal Member Card through the secure members’ portal. Registration is completed using your unique membership code.
- Community Conduct: Members must maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication — both online and in person. Insults, rude behaviour, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Physical Card: Premium and Elite Members receive a physical membership card, which provides access to printing and additional privileges according to their plan.
7. Liability & Insurance
- Members use the space at their own risk.
- Dadou’s Corner’s liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.
- Members should maintain their own insurance for property and equipment.
8. Termination
- Members may terminate with 72 hours’ written notice before renewal.
- Dadou’s Corner may terminate membership for non-payment, breach, or misconduct.
- Upon termination, access will be revoked, and any property left behind may be treated as abandoned.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in good faith before any further action.
